Not all services are onsite. Such as website design, video editing and some other services.

Do you provide free consultations?
For general questions yes. However, we won’t provide solutions for repairs over the phone or email. This would be considered a service call.
What does the term “break fix” mean?
The term break/fix refers to the fee-for-service method of providing information technology (IT) services to businesses or homes. Using this method an IT solution provider performs services as needed and bills the customer only for the work done. The service may include repairs, upgrades or installation of systems, components, peripheral equipment, networking or software.
Do you fix other technology related problems? Such as TV’s, radio or any other multimedia devices.
No, we can’t fix it, but we can help you set up your TV. This does not include mounting the TV.
My problem wasn’t fixed properly the first time. Is there a guarantee for your service?
We have a 14-day guarantee. We will remote into the computer first (with your permission) to see if this is the same problem from your previous support request. If it is not related to the same issue, it will be considered a new service.
What operating systems do you fix?
We fix any supported operating systems. Any operating systems that is no longer supported, there is no 14-day guarantee.
If you can’t fix my problem, do I still have to pay you?
Yes. We attempt to fix any issue. If a problem can’t be fixed, it’s not the technician’s fault. Usually, it can be just a dead device. Depending on the issues, some people don’t want to buy parts to fix their device.
Do you have a refund policy?
No. All services are not refundable.
How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?
Our appointments are first come first serve.
How far do you travel?
We travel up to 40km for free. Additional km is 1 dollar per kilometer.

My internet stopped working. Can I call you to fix it?
If all of your devices are disconnected, then call your internet provider. If only 1 device is disconnected and others work, then we can come out to determine the issue.
Can you set up my printer?
For residential and small business, yes.
Any large printers such as Xerox, Canon, HP, Richo etc, call the company.
What kinds of payments do you accept?

No, we will only send you discounts and important information once a month.
